Please do not ask for a reserve/layaway if you cannot make an immediate first payment.

Please understand I cannot hold reserves without any deposit made within 10 hours after your initial contact 

Ideally, PLEASE JUST DON'T  ask for a reserve/layaway if you are not going to honour it and see it through. 

Please also keep to the payment dates as discussed. If there is no contact within 24 hours of those times, the transaction will be cancelled.

** Please note that if there is a cancellation, I cannot refund payments made till that point **

** I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once in the mail, or for any custom duties **

** Please brace yourself for the fact that you may well be asked to pay custom duties, depending on your country; this is universally understood whenever you buy any item of a certain value from a different country -- again, I cannot be held responsible for this! Check with your local customs department or post office first if this is a concern for you

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Every little girl takes hours and days of heartfelt, painstaking effort. As is usual, her faceup is sealed in a well-ventilated area with MSC and tiny dust particles may sometimes get caught in it. The Licca bodies and azone body are brand new but sometimes do have tiny manufacturing defects like marks, funny bits and scrapes (as do the original Takara bodies).
Every girl is a labour of love, please note that: 
~ the colors may appear a bit different in real life due to various computer displays. 
~ Every girl is unique; she is 100% handmade. She isn't perfect factory.
~ Every girl is a work of art and not intended for children, please handle with care.

PLEASE ask all questions before purchase, as all sales are final -- no returns or refunds.
